TELLING STORIES, WILD & HONEST
TELLING STORIES, WILD & HONEST
Hi, I’m Timna.
I believe in a kind of storytelling that goes beyond images and becomes a memory, a feeling, a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
Every couple, every story, every shared moment is something I deeply value. I take time to listen, to understand, and to co-create an experience that reflects who you really are.
the most powerful moments are often the quiet ones
– a glance, a breath, a smile only you understand.

Frequently Asked Questions

Not at all! And there’s no need to feel nervous or stressed if it’s your first time being photographed as a couple. We’ll create a story or plan an activity around your session — something you genuinely enjoy doing together — so it feels relaxed and fun. It can be more or less adventurous: a hike through the mountains, a swim in a lake, a cozy coffee morning, a picnic by the river, exploring a hidden waterfall, or even a bonfire at sunset. I guide you through the session using a documentary-style approach, quietly capturing the in-between moments and little interactions as they naturally happen, so your photos reflect the real, joyful connection between you.
-
For couple sessions, I always suggest choosing outfits that make you feel confident, comfortable, and truly like yourselves. For coordinating with each other and the surroundings, consider the colors and tones of your location. Neutral and earthy shades like creams, browns, greens, and soft blues usually work beautifully year-round. For winter sessions, creams and warmer tones complement snowy or earthy landscapes, while in summer, blues, creams, or muted pastels pair wonderfully with lush greenery. Textures and layers can also add depth and movement to your images, so don’t be afraid to mix in scarves, jackets, or subtle accessories. Try to avoid heavy patterns, logos, or distracting prints, as they can take attention away from your connection in the photos. If you’re unsure or want some extra inspiration, feel free to reach out — I’m happy to share examples and help you pick outfits that feel just right for your session.
-
I love sharing the stories I capture on my website or social media — it’s how other couples get inspired and find me. But your comfort always comes first. I’ll always check with you before posting, and if you’d rather keep your photos private, I completely respect that. Some moments are meant to be held close.
-
Absolutely! An elopement doesn’t have to mean just the two of you — it’s really about creating a day that feels true to you. You can bring a handful of your favorite people to witness your vows, share a meal, or celebrate in whatever way feels right.
-
The earlier, the better! I usually recommend securing your session, elopement, or wedding date about 3–12 months in advance to make sure everything lines up perfectly. But if you’re planning last-minute, don’t worry — just reach out and we’ll see what’s possible!
-
I don’t set a strict number of photos because I focus on capturing your day as it naturally unfolds, not hitting a quota. You’ll receive a full gallery of the moments that truly tell your story — usually around 50–100 images per hour we spend together.

The weather is part of the story — it sets the mood, adds atmosphere, and can make your session feel even more adventurous. We’ll embrace whatever comes our way, whether that’s sunshine, mist, or a little rain. And if the weather is truly impossible, don’t worry — I usually stay in each destination for several days, so we can simply adjust and plan your session for a day earlier or later to make sure we get the best conditions possible.
